What small moment brought you joy today?

Our shared path: why the hub exists

Inspired by mindfulness teachers like Thích Nhát Hanh, the Mindful Space Community Hub embodies the power of practicing together. It's built on core values of kindness, curiosity, and non-judgment, aiming to create a warm, emotionally safe, and encouraging environment. This isn't about perfect performance, but about mutual support, shared reflection, and the gentle unfolding of growth.

Connect & grow: what to expect

Engage with our 'reflective wall' featuring weekly prompts like 'what I'm noticing this week', with an anonymous submission option. Take part in monthly mindfulness challenges such as '7 days of gratitude', a '5-minute morning pause week', or a self-compassion practice series. We also offer 'mindful conversation starters' designed purely to spark reflection and dialogue within our compassionate space.

Nurturing our space: safe guidelines

To cultivate psychological safety, our hub operates with clear guidelines: no fixing others, no unsolicited advice, confidentiality matters, speak from personal experience, and compassion over critique. We also feature a 'community voice' section, highlighting anonymous reflections from fellow members, reminding us we are all connected and not alone in our journey.

Any Reflections that would like to be posted to our page please email to mindfulspace1@outlook.com

These reflections will be posted anonymously.
